Abstract
The study reveals that elite performers continue to accelerate, widening the gap in software delivery and operational (SDO) performance. Key findings highlight that Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps are complementary, and multi-cloud adoption is rising. The report emphasizes that integrating security throughout the software supply chain, maintaining high-quality internal documentation, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture are critical factors that correlate with higher organizational performance and reduced burnout.
