Kaveh Shahabi

I joined Google as a software engineer in 2015. Currently I work in Geo Platform. My interests are: evacuation routing, spatial data, network flows, road networks, and GIS.

I got my Ph.D. in computer science from University of Southern California working with Dr. John P. Wilson on evacuation routing in 2015. During my graduate work I developed CASPER which is an evacuation routing tool. Later it was open sourced and released on github.
