Symptom Search Dataset

Description

The Symptom Search Dataset makes it possible for researchers to study the link between symptom-related searches and the spread of COVID-19, flu or other communicable disease, potentially providing an earlier and more accurate indication of the reemergence of the disease. The dataset may also be used to understand prevalence of other conditions related to mental health and wellbeing. Updated daily, the dataset covers 420 symptoms and is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and Singapore. The dataset can be downloaded from its dedicated website, as well as Google Cloud's COVID-19 Public Dataset Program. For more information about the dataset, how we generate it and preserve privacy, read the data documentation.
