Google Research

Simran Khanuja

I am a Pre-Doctoral Researcher in the NLU group at Google, India. My work involves advancing language understanding in the Indian context, with applications in semantic parsing for Google Assistant. My research interests lie in leveraging multilinguality (and potentially multimodality) for low-resource scenarios. Prior to this, I was an intern at Microsoft Research Bangalore and graduated from BITS Pilani in 2020.
