Christina Chen


Christina is a clinical research scientist in Google Health. She focuses on research applying machine learning to medicine. Prior to coming to Google, she was faculty at Harvard Medical School, staff nephrologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), and a research scientist at MIT. She received her MD from George Washington University and completed her internal medicine residency training from Tufts Medical Center, and nephrology fellowship at BIDMC. She has also taught at at MIT and HMS, and mentored undergraduate, MD, and PhD students as well as residents and fellows. She received her BS in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in computer science from Columbia University.
