About

I joined Google in mid-2014, and I'm currently a Google Senior Software Engineer in the Research Group, where I work on building infrastructure and tools in Machine Perception. My areas of interest include large-scale distributed systems, building tools and infrastructure for machine learning. While at Google, I've worked on the following projects:
  • The design and implementation of Google App Engine Scheduler. Blog post: https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/gcp/increase-performance-while-reducing-costs-with-the-new-app-engine-scheduler
  • The design and implementation of Data Labeling tools and Infrastructure for Machine Perception

  • I received an M.S. in Computer Science from SUNY Stony Brook, working with Prof. Rezaul Chaudhary on High-performance Energy Efficient Recursive Dynamic Programming for Bioinformatics using Matrix-Multiplication-like Flexible Kernels in 2014.
