Rohan Anil

Rohan Anil attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, Goa Campus for his bachelors degree in Information Systems (2010), and University of California, San Diego for his Masters in Computer science (2012) focussing on machine learning and computer vision. At Google, he works in the Google Brain Research team with a focus on effective methods for neural network training. He is excited about innovating on aspects of how machine learning is done today, so we may do it differently and more effectively, while his research focusses on scalable and practical optimization techniques.
