Amit Vainsencher

Amit is part of the Quantum A.I. group at Google, where he is developing scalable control systems for superconducting qubits. He earned his PhD at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016. For his thesis work, he developed coupled optomechanical/electromechanical resonators that could one day be used as an optical photon interface for superconducting qubits [1, 2].
